These Terms and Conditions govern your receipt of SMS alert notifications from LiftWorx LLC ("LiftWorx"). By providing your mobile phone number to a LiftWorx building administrator, you agree to these terms.
LiftWorx sends automated SMS alerts to notify designated personnel of elevator and escalator equipment events including faults, power-off conditions, inspection mode activation, and communication loss at monitored facilities.
Message frequency varies based on equipment activity at your facility. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high equipment activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To stop receiving SMS alerts, reply STOP to any LiftWorx message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact your building administrator to remove your number from the system, or email [email protected].

LiftWorx SMS alerts are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, Google Fi, and Straight Talk. Carrier support may vary.
LiftWorx SMS alerts are provided as a supplementary notification tool. They do not replace required elevator maintenance, inspection, or emergency procedures. Building operators remain responsible for compliance with all applicable elevator safety regulations.
