We collect the following information from building administrators who configure alert subscribers:
This information is provided voluntarily by authorized building administrators for the purpose of receiving elevator and escalator status alerts.
We use your mobile phone number solely to send automated SMS alerts related to elevator and escalator equipment status at your facility. Message types include: fault alerts, power-off alerts, inspection mode alerts, and communication loss alerts.
By providing your mobile number to a LiftWorx administrator, you consent to receive automated SMS alerts from LiftWorx regarding equipment at your facility. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on equipment activity. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for message delivery purposes and is subject to Twilio's privacy policy.
Subscriber information is retained until removed by a building administrator. You may request removal by contacting your building administrator or emailing [email protected].
All data is stored on secured infrastructure. Communications are encrypted in transit using TLS.
